Good rooms and food, a perfectly pleasant stay with nice service.

Wi-Fi connection was weak.

I had lovely 4 nights in this hotel that's why I liked that. The buffet breakfast was delicious with omelettes and Beef, for instance.

It was good home base for snorkeling. Easy access to Cozumel airport, which was about 15 minutes' drive away.

I liked the hotel, it had very good location and staff. I was here for 3 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant at breakfast and lunch. It made my trip to Cozumel a nice experience.

Cute location and the room was trendy. Authentic view, a beautiful balcony, great bed, too. The hotel was impeccably clean and the pristine beach set adjacent to the property. The venue restaurant was modern. Non-alcoholic drinks at sky bar, good service. I had an exceptional time, great value.

My experience at this lively hotel was very peaceful. The property had a lovely lobby. Rooftop bar was trendy and overall clean. There was extremely gracious staff and the service was personalized.

great value, it was tidy. astonishing continental breakfast - fresh eggs, cereals, coffee, bacon and pastries. with efficient check-in and easy check-out, this hotel was very nice business. fine cocktails and beers in the cocktail bar, reasonably priced parking place.

Facilities were comfortable, however Wi-Fi was very limited.

Reasonably comfortable place, really comfortable beds, responsive staff. And it also had absolutely beautiful view. The attentive service combined with the exceptional food. Great stay in this beach area.

All staff was friendly then. Moreover, the free Wi-Fi was available. It took 15 minutes to reach playa san juan on foot...

Could be great for snorkeling. Booked table at El Cocal, it's their onsite restaurant.

If you want to explore San Juan Reef, choose this place. It was definitely 3 stars for us:)))

the outdoor restaurant onsite had tasty dishes. honestly nothing bothered me.
